Dustin Anderson is a former personal trainer, and professional dancer.

In 2007 Dustin desired to restore his flexibility to his dance days and started trying Yoga classes all over Vancouver.

He didn’t find what he was looking for and realized that he knew most of what he needed to know. Long duration gentle stretches was the key. The main ingredient he was looking for as a set time and place to commit to. He then started a stretch club in his studio.

Why Men Only?

Dustins’ memories of training as a dancer was being distracted by the woman around him in tight clothes bending over. The class is for training.

The class is very structured without any reference to spirituality.

Twice a week a group of men get together and do routines based on this method that has organically developed.
